Chrome Sand AFS 45-55

Chromite sand is a natural spinel. It is a high-performance foundry sand for foundries. After crushing, grinding and sieving, it is separated into prescribed grain sizes and is suitable for foundries.

RUTILE 95%

Rutile 95 is a natural sand. It has a high refractive index and is known for its brilliant metallic luster and inclusion of deep red coloration. It has a wide range of applications:

- Titanium dioxide production

- Welding electrodes

- Ceramics

- Electronics

- Solar panels

- Aerospace industry

RUTILE KFR90 - min.93% (up to 300 microns)

Used for the production of coatings (coatings) of welding electrodes for manual arc welding, providing excellent arc control, weld toughness and strength, and easy removal of welding slag (by making it porous). It is also used as an additive to increase strength in metal alloys and as a stabilizing component in high-temperature firing in ceramics.

ZIRCON FLOUR 45 MICRON

Zircon flour is a finely ground form of zircon sand, typically with particle sizes ranging from a few micrometers to tens of micrometers. This fine powder retains the desirable properties of zircon sand, including high refractoriness and chemical inertness.

ZIRCON FLOUR 63 MICRON

Zirconium flour is essential for the production of advanced ceramics, where it acts as a stabilizer to increase the mechanical strength and thermal resistance of ceramic materials. In addition, this material is an important component in the production of zirconium chemicals used in paper coatings, paint dryers, catalysts and cosmetics such as antiperspirants. Zirconium flour is also used in investment casting processes for precision casting of metal components.

ZIRCON M (5 MICRON)

Zircon 5 Micron is designed for efficient filtration and separation in a variety of industrial applications. These materials are designed to effectively remove fine particles from liquids or gases, providing reliable and consistent filtration performance.

ZIRKON SAND

Zircon sand is a naturally occurring mineral composed mainly of zirconium silicate (ZrSiO₄), known for its outstanding thermal stability, low thermal expansion, and excellent chemical inertness. It is widely used in precision casting, refractory manufacturing, ceramics, and glass industries.

Andalusite

Andalusite is a natural alumino-silicate mineral with exceptional refractory properties. When heated to ~1350°C, it transforms into mullite, forming a stable crystal structure with high thermal shock resistance and mechanical strength. This makes andalusite an excellent raw material for high-performance refractories and technical ceramics.

Iron Oxide (Magnetite Fe₃O₄)

Magnetite sand (iron oxide Fe₃O₄) is an inert mineral material with strong magnetic properties, widely used in the foundry, construction, and chemical industries. It serves as a filler in molding mixtures, a component in heavy concrete, in magnetic separation processes, and in metallurgy.

Key Features:

— Fe₃O₄ content – 88.5%

— Total iron (Fe) – 64.1%

— High bulk density

— Excellent magnetic properties

— Controlled particle size

— Low impurity content

— Neutral pH

Dead Burned Magnesite (DBM) – 97% MgO

Dead Burned Magnesite (DBM) is a high-temperature calcined natural magnesite produced at temperatures above 1750°C. The material contains more than 97% magnesium oxide (MgO) and is primarily used in the manufacture of refractory products that require excellent thermal resistance and chemical inertness. DBM features high bulk density, low impurity content, and exceptional resistance to molten metal and slag attack.

Applications:

Manufacturing of refractory bricks and monolithic linings for steelmaking

Safety linings in ladles, converters, and tundishes

Refractories for cement and glass kilns

Furnace linings in blast and electric arc furnaces

Slag conditioners and inert fillers

Key Advantages:

High MgO content

Excellent thermal stability

High resistance to slag, corrosion, and thermal shock

Low impurity and moisture levels
